Hello! My name is Ms. Jami Lee Streyle. I am currently a Registered Nurse (RN) of 25 years, a board-certified Health and Wellness Nurse Coach (HWNC-BC), a board-certified Holistic Nurse (HNB-BC), and founder and owner of Body of Grace Living, a company that provides nurse coaching services in several niches to clients of various backgrounds.
Throughout my 25 years of nursing experience, I have developed an extensive and eclectic background in critical intensive care, emergency room, pediatrics, cardiac, medical and oncology, community faith nursing, child and adolescent outpatient psychiatry, and others. I have worked with clients in various life transitions from new birth to end-of-life care.
Navigating the health care system can be challenging, and I offer my experience and expertise within the client and nurse coach relationship to navigate dis-ease with greater ease.
My current professional interests include helping individuals:
- navigate whole-food plant-based nutrition lifestyle to help people achieve optimal wellness and/or to reverse or prevent chronic and acute disease and achieve optimal mind-body-spirit wellness;
- who have had various mystical, spiritual, and psi experiences to understand the spiritual connection within ourselves, with each other, with those that have moved beyond this human life, and with God (especially within the sacred family and marriage bond);
- develop an ecofriendly or eco-conscious lifestyle in order to optimize individual, family, animal, and planet health.
- focus on psychosomatic awareness where body and mind health affect each other, and both are manifested by the spirit;
- focus on hope and a positive mindset for lifelong success;
- and the integration of healthy lifestyle choices as medicine.
I also was a stay-at-home mom for over a decade, volunteering in schools, churches, and nonprofits with and for my children. I loved and cherished every minute of it as my primary and favorite “job,” spending as much time with my children as I could.
My hobbies include drawing, painting and art therapy, rescuing dogs and animal therapy, yoga and meditation therapy, and grounding in nature and eco-psychology, and I utilize these complimentary methods in my teaching and coaching practice upon client approval.
I have an enthusiasm for and a history of running marathon/half-marathons, triathlons, hiking, swimming, sky-diving, skiing, biking, gardening, and teaching yoga and fitness classes.
I love to assist and coach others with these similar passions.
