Hello!
I’d like to share with you my spiritual and wellness journey. My children and I have a family history of cardiac disease, colon and skin cancer, and various autoimmune disorders including psoriasis, celiac disease, Parkinson’s disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. I was diagnosed at 16 years old with Psoriasis, diagnosed as an adult with Hashimoto’s (thyroid) disease, occasional sporadic heart arrhythmias, gluten intolerance, and pre-symptomatic for psoriatic arthritis. I also have experienced severe trauma, loss, and grief.
I was determined to stop and reverse all dis-ease progression, find ease, and reach my optimal health!
The messages that some of my healthcare team gave me regarding the various challenges were “This is your new baseline,’ or “There is nothing that can be done about the autoimmunity,” or “This is genetic so diet doesn’t matter that much,” or “you shouldn’t go barefoot at anymore.” Thankfully, this is absolutely not true!
Lifestyle does matter!
You can’t just have intention, you need to take action.
In 2019, I started doing the research. I thought I was living a healthy life, but I discovered the mistakes that I and most of society was making. Having an integrative medicine approach to my lifestyle does make a difference in ways that conventional medicine often does not explain.
I started integrating several lifestyle changes and modifications, and my health started to improve. I slept well, my energy level was great, and I just felt better. I have never had to take any medications, my thyroid antibodies and all other lab values are within normal limits, and the majority of my symptoms have been eradicated. And, I discovered that many of the diseases in our family history can be prevented, even despite my children’s possible genetic predisposition of colon cancer.
Making drastic changes was necessary!
The changes and maintenance choices that I personally made were:
- eating a whole-food plant-based diet
- eating gluten-free
- fully eliminating alcohol
- eliminating caffeine intake (after a few years, I started using it sparingly)
- incorporating exercise, yoga and meditation
- striving for a chemical-free lifestyle by using natural and healthier products and clothing
- using nature as form of medicine through Earthing or grounding, spending lots of time outside doing various activities, gardening, and growing my own fresh herbs year round
I have a whole new insight and respect for the body’s amazing capacity to heal itself!
Spiritual health and faith has always been an important part of my life.
I am known as a “Super-Experiencer.” Throughout my life from childhood through adulthood, I have had various kinds of (numerous) spontaneous spiritual, mystical, and psi experiences, and I have encountered spiritual beings (angels) of deceased individuals, angelic beings, and other spiritual entities. I have several family members who have also had similar experiences, and I grew up believing in and hearing a few stories of supernatural experiences of my ancestors. I have always believed in angels, our soul, life after death, and God. However, I did not understand the depth and extent of what it means to be a spiritual-human being until I had to face the reality of my own spiritual gifts and experiences.
In recent years, I have had some particularly profound spiritual experiences, and in 2019 I had a near-death experience (NDE) with an out-of-body experience (OBE) during an assault, accompanied by another angel encounter. This, along with past memories, all brought profound clarity to my values and purpose in life. It forced me to fully embrace my experiences, and it gave me the courage to be an advocate for myself and others by sharing the spiritual side of being human and the survival of consciousness (our soul) outside the body. This left me with a profound clarity on humanity and the world as a unified whole and a shift in focus from the material to the spiritual. I no longer see people as humans; I see them as spiritual-humans. I cannot see animals as inferior to humans; I see them as our spiritual equals who are loved, created, and cherished equally by God.
However, it was hearing the testimony of family, friends, patients, and strangers who have had similar experiences that inspired and encouraged me to pursue a Master’s and PhD level education regarding such phenomena as they relate to life, consciousness, religion, medicine, physics, neuroscience, psychology, and phenomenology. I consider myself a phenomenologist. Phenomenology is the philosophical study of objectivity and reality as subjectively lived and experienced, which means there is reality and understanding to all lived experiences and to the seemingly impossible. Phenomenology is often used in medicine and the nursing field to study patient’s experiences, and it helps to understand that our experiences are unique, spiritual, and worthy of being heard and understood.
We are spiritual beings living a human life. Our possibilities are boundless.
As a “Super-Experiencer,” my broad-range and detailed experiences and education have given me insight into how we can experience the spiritual and mystical, and how the body has the capability to heal itself. My goal is to help you utilize your innate wisdom, find spiritual awareness and health, prevent and reverse disease, and reach your optimal health. I am honored and excited you are here. Let’s get started!
