These resources are meant to help you become better informed to make the decisions that you believe are best for your health and wellbeing. We don’t know what we don’t know. That is why I believe that educating ourselves is one of the best investments we can make for ourselves and our family.

I have provided resources from several different platforms to meet your needs and to help you get started. Please note that although we support the medical science and faith offered in these resources, there may be some books, podcasts, and other resources that may not make all statements that reflect the belief of Body of Grace Living or myself. I recently became a believer in Podcasts, because I realized that they open our world to new and exciting topics, and they allow us to participate in amazing conversations as active listeners. Conferences

These conferences are geared toward all healthcare and wellness professionals, but you don’t have to be one to attend! They are robustly educational in a fun and relaxed atmosphere, either in person or online. They are worth the investment.

Retreats

If you are looking to get away and want to make your health a priority, I highly recommend these retreats for some self-care. They are light, fun, and will transform you and your way of thinking. They are the very essence of mind, body, and soul care.

Vitamin Supplements

Some people worry that plant-based diets might lack nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, or omega-3s. While these require some extra attention, careful planning and supplements (if needed) can ensure you get everything your body needs. However, contrary to common belief, these nutrients can be met without supplements such as the testimony of several in various documentaries and first-hand reports. I myself have been able to maintain a healthy level of all labs values, including the B’s, iron, and omega-3s, through diet alone.

However, if you do desire SUPPLEMENTS, the two brands that I recommend at this time are:

Protein Supplements

Protein supplements aren’t necessary on a well-balanced whole food plant-based diet. However, life is busy and sometimes we need a quick meal on the go. If you like smoothies and protein shakes, COMPLEMENT and future kind + both have protein supplements, But the one that I really recommend is:
